Almost everybody is missing their overseas summer vacations and tropical fruits, this smoothie will help you feel better. Soak a handful of chia seeds. In a blender, add frozen fruits (Apple, banana, mango, orange, mix berries), 4-5 almonds, 1tbsp of honey and a few leaves of mint. Blend it smooth. Pour soaked chia seeds in a jar, then blended smoothie. Garnish with mint leaves and you have a perfect chia seeds smoothie ready which will keep you full until lunch
